Approval recommended for Bathurst-Rutherford townhouses

At its June 21 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of applications for a zoning by-law amendment and draft plans of subdivision and condominium by Madison Legacy Limited. Madison Legacy proposes to build 79 freehold townhouses, 55 of which are to be served by a private common-element condominium road, at the southwest corner of Ilan Ramon Boulevard and Lebovic Campus Drive.
