Approval recommended for Keele-Major Mac townhouses

At its June 21 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of a zoning by-law amendment application by Eagle Rock Ridge (ARH) Homes. Eagle Rock proposes to remove the holding symbol on its site at the southwest corner of McNaughton Road East and Troon Avenue to facilitate the construction of 71 threestorey freehold townhouses served by a future commonelement condominium laneway.
