At its June 21 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of applications for draft plans of subdivision and condominium by Eagleview Heights Developments. Eagleview proposes to build 206 freehold townhouses on a privately-owned condominium road at 77 Eagleview Heights.
