Refusal recommended for Vaughan severance

At its June 21 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending refusal of official plan and zoning by-law amendment applications by Rex-Con Construxion Corp and 1257665 Ontario. Rex-Con and 1257665 propose to sever two large residential lots at 23 Rockview Gardens and 10 Southview Drive to create six lots for detached dwellings.
