The Flag Kids Perform Opening Ceremony At TFCII Home Opener

Before TFCII and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds played in an exciting game, which ended in a 2-2 draw on April 17th, the Flag Kids took front and center stage. The Flag Kids group is organized by TFC Season Seat Holders Toni Canale Parola & Chris DiNallo. The group includes their children along with their children’s friends, classmates, & teammates. The Flag Kids participated in the opening ceremony carrying in the national flags during the national anthems. They also got the chance to take photos with the Mayor of Vaughan Maurizio Bevilacqua, and TFC Legend Dwayne DeRosario. Afterwards they joined their families in the stands to enjoy the game and even joined the TFCII Supporters, waving flags and chanting. They were the real winners of the day.
