The 3rd Annual Clean Up The Litter Walk

Local resident Valeria Mitsubata had enough of the litter in her neighborhood and did something about it! For the 3rd year in a row she had organized this eye opening one hour walk. She gathered the community together, teaching children the effects of littering and about cleaning up the neighborhood. This year the 3rd annual Clean Up The Litter Walk took place on April 1st and they were able to collect 86 bags of litter in one hour. What an incredible effort shown by Valeria and the local community who helped out. MP Francesco Sorbara, Councillor Rosanna DeFrancesca & MP Deb Schulte joined in on this great event.
