Volunteers make military uniforms at the W. Robinson Cotton Converters Company in Woodbridge during WWII.
In 1943, the W. Robinson Cotton Converters Company enlisted the aid of the women of the Village and the "Woodbridge Volunteer War Workers" thus came into being. In addition to producing uniforms, both company and workers contributed to a fund that reached almost five thousand dollars and was distributed amongst various war charities.
