Upcoming session on public art installations in Vaughan

The city is unveiling its vision to enable public art installations to blossom across Vaughan.

A public information session - featuring guest speaker Ben Mills, vice president of Public Art Management - is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 11 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the multi-purpose room in city hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Drive.

City staff and a team of consultants will host the information session, which will lay out a plan for how community members and the municipality can collaborate to help public art flourish in Vaughan.
