Bathurst-Rutherford townhomes proposed

At its February 2 meeting the Vaughan Committee of the Whole considered a preliminary report regarding zoning by-law amendment, draft plan of subdivision and draft plan of condominium applications for a property at Bathurst Street and Lebovic Campus Drive. Madison Legacy proposes an 81-unit residential townhouse development. The report recommends public input be incorporated into a future comprehensive report.
