Kleinburg mixed-use development proposed

At its February 2 meeting the Vaughan Committee of the Whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning bylaw amendment applications for a property at Nashville
Road and Islington Avenue. 2385388 Ontario proposes a three-storey mixed-use development with one ground-floor commercial unit and 32 residential units above. The report recommends public input be incorporated into a future comprehensive report.
