Kleinburg condo community proposed

At its February 2 meeting the Vaughan Committee of the Whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning bylaw amendment applications for a property at Stegman’s Mill Road and Islington Avenue. Kleinburg Village Developments proposes a condominium containing 30 three-storey single-detached dwellings. The report recommends public input be incorporated into a future comprehensive report.
