Approval recommended for VMC development

At its February 2 meeting the Vaughan Committee of the Whole considered a final report recommending approval of an application for official plan and zoning by-law amendments at
7895 Jane Street. Berkley Commercial (Jane) proposes a 35-storey residential building containing 531 units and 62 three-storey townhouses within the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
