York Regional Police are out in full force this morning as snow blanketed York Region overnight.
Since midnight, officers have attended 43 collisions.
Const. Andy Pattenden said there are crashes throughout the region, except Georgina, which he said often benefits from a high rate of truck and SUV ownership.
There are some injuries, including some in collisions in Vaughan and Richmond Hill, but none are life-threatening.
The forecast is calling for snow throughout the day, including into your commute home, and it's expected to remain 0 C throughout the day and drop down to -3 C tonight.
Scattered flurries are expected to return again tomorrow.
