Do you have a great idea for a policy or program to help shape Ontario’s future?
You could be in line for money from Queen’s Park to fund your vision of strengthening communities or improving government services.
For the third year, the government is launching an online consultation tool called Budget Talks. The province will provide $3 million to fund up to eight proposals submitted by the public as part of next year’s budget.
Ontario is the first province to commit to funding ideas from the public as part of its budget process.

People can also share general feedback on the budget by calling the Ministry of Finance at 1-866-989-9002 to take part in an in-person consultation or virtual town hall or by emailing ideas to submissions@ontario.ca.
