On Nov. 3rd, 200 people attended a launch event in Vaughan for the Greater Toronto Area’s newest homebuilder. DECO Homes is the latest venture of veteran developer Silvio De Gasperis, President of the TACC Group of Companies, who is partnering with his son in law, businessman & homebuilder Corey Brown.

“DECO is building on a tradition of excellence, while designing for the future,” said Mr. De Gasperis who has been directly responsible for the development of over 20 communities across the GTA. “Corey is an energetic and detailed oriented guy who is truly engaged in homebuilding design excellence” said Mr. De Gasperis.

“Building homes is something I’m deeply passionate about. To me, building a home is like an art form and design is all I think about,” adds Mr. Brown.

The principals introduced their new homebuilding concept and projects to friends, family and industry associates at a launch event at the Copper Creek Golf Club. Established on a strong family tradition and generations of land development and home building experience, DECO Homes has a forward-thinking approach to architecture, smart design, quality craftsmanship and environmentally sustainable practices, which is the foundation of the company.

DECO Homes has two projects currently underway. Whitby Meadows is a new master-planned family community at Coronation Road and Rossland Road, as is Richlands in Richmond Hill, a community of quiet crescents and cul de sacs, surrounded by protected Greenbelt at Leslie and Elgin Mills.

“DECO Homes truly embodies experience and passion. We are really excited to be building design forward homes, for generations to come,” says Mr. Brown.
