Richmond Hill to oppose townhouses at OMB

At its November 7 meeting, Newmarket committee of the whole considered a request for direction report recommending staff attend an OMB hearing in opposition to zoning by-law amendment, site plan and draft plan of subdivision applications by Ideal (JS) Developments. Ideal proposes to build 96 townhouses at 39, 53 and 67 Jefferson Sideroad.
