Hwy 27-Rutherford townhouses proposed

At its November 1 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning by-law amendments and draft plan of subdivision applications by Gemini Urban Design (W) Corp. Gemini proposes to develop 100 three-storey freehold townhouses within 16 blocks and one single-detached dwelling at 6061 and 6079 Rutherford Road. The report recommends comments from the community consultation be received and incorporated into a final report.
