Richmond Hill to support revised subdivision proposal at OMB

At its October 5 meeting, Richmond Hill committee of the whole considered a directions report
recommending the OMB be advised that council supports the revised zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by FL (107 Hall). FL proposes to develop a common-element condominium development comprised of 22 townhouses at 107 Hall Street. Subsequent to filing an appeal to the OMB due to council’s failure to make a decision on its development applications, FL modified its proposal to change the driveway alignment, visitor parking configuration, smaller blocks, increased separation distances and other matters.
