Richmond Hill to oppose townhouses at OMB

At its October 5 meeting, Richmond Hill committee of the whole considered a directions report recommending council authorize staff to attend the OMB hearing in opposition to zoning bylaw amendment and site plan applications by Ideal (MM) Developments. Ideal proposes to develop 11 townhouses at 219 and 227 Major Mackenzie Drive East.
