At its October 5 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of a zoning by-law amendment application by Met Residences Corp.
Met Residences seeks to remove the holding provision on its property at 7895 Jane Street
to permit development of a 35-storey residential building containing 510 units, as well as 62 three-storey townhouses.
