Land is becoming a premium commodity in communities across Canada as urban sprawl continues to grow. The City of Vaughan is one of those suburbs that has grown rapidly in the last few decades. Citizens are flocking to Vaughan for cheaper and more available property, but that excess property is running out. To combat its shrinking availability of space, the City is hoping to build a downtown core from scratch.
